Every year, 160.000 moulds and parts manufactured at NOVAMOULES are used by glass makers on SS, PS and NNPB machines during the forming process of bottles and jars for the food and beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.

Neck rings / Guide rings

With still more roboted machines, NOVAMOULES has the resources for manufacturing large batches of parts in high pace, 7/7, 24/24. Moreover, as 3D manufacturing expert, we can shape moulds as different and complex as market requirements are. Each year, 60.000 neck rings and 80.000 guide rings are fully made in our facilities, from preparing to finishing.
